Generally, the ladies meet on the first Thursday of the month at 6:15 p.m. Childcare is always provided.

What is Christian Women’s Fellowship (CWF)? CWF is New Beginning’s Women’s Ministry. The Officers are the leaders voted in at the November 2009 CWF meeting. They serve the women of the congregation. Regular monthly “meetings” are held and are geared to help women build their lives to become God’s perfect design as a woman. Outreach projects and other times of fellowship are also a part of this ministry.

Who can be a part of CWF? All ladies who attend NBCC, their family, co-workers, and friends. This ministry is for women, to help them build a closer relationship with Jesus and each other, and allow them opportunities to enrich the lives of others.

Girlfriend club activities updated - 06-27-10

Girlfriend Clubs
This year our Women’s Ministry is trying “Girlfriend Clubs”. If you are looking for some girls with similar interest to fellowship with…join a Girlfriend Club! Events will be planned throughout the year. If you have an interest that is not mentioned, just check with a CWF Officer. You can sign up for one of the clubs at the Hallway bulletin board or notify the contact person listed on the Girlfriend club activities document. Come, join the fun!!! July Events

July Women’s Fellowship – Note date change
There will not be a regular monthly Women’s Fellowship meeting on July 1. Please join us on July 31 for the makeover day.

FLC Bathroom “Make Over” – Saturday, July 31
Our ladies will be having a “Bathroom Make Over day on Saturday, July 31, @ 10 a.m. when we will give the restrooms in the Family Life Center a much needed restoration. Please see Tammy McCready for more information.

August Women’s Fellowship – Thursday, August 12
Due to VBS, our regular August meeting is changed from August 5 to August 12 @ 6:15 p.m.

Annual Ladies’ Retreat – September 10 & 11
The Ladies will be going to St. Armand’s Key in Sarasota for this year’s Annual Retreat. The theme is “Just Breathe” When life has you holding your breath...Rest, Receive, and Respond.

The dates are September 10 & 11 and we will stay at the Lido Beach Holiday Inn. The cost differs depending on the number of ladies per room:

• 4 Ladies per room—$85
• 3 Ladies per room—$93
• 2 Ladies per room—$109
• Single room—$159

This price includes your room for Friday night, Friday night supper, and Saturday breakfast. One half of your monies is due Sunday, August 1, with the balance due by Sunday August 15.
