NEXT is a community of young adults (18-30, married and single) who choose to live according to God’s word. They embrace their identity in Christ as they grow in faith, meet new friends, and serve others. The needs of young adults are focused on with interactive discussion and time in God’s word. The Singles meet on the third Saturday of each month. On Saturday, March 21, the Singles are participating in NBCC’s annual picnic at our campus on 4100 S. Manhattan Ave. Please bring a covered dish (or two) to share. Hamburgers, hotdogs, buns, condiments, paper products, and drinks will be provided. The picnic is from 11 a.m. – 1 p.m., eating around 11:30 a.m. Email Tracey Porath or Sara Sharp for more information.
Our ladies meet at 6:00 p.m. on the second Thursday of the month. Our meetings are held in the Family Life Center (or Gym) of NBCC. All ladies who attend NBCC, their family, co-workers, and friends are invited. This month’s gathering is Thursday, February 13, at 6 p.m. Our 2020 Theme is “Women Connecting…with Christ, with Each Other, with our Community”. For a $4 donation ($2 for kids under 12), a spaghetti supper (including dessert) will be served. Our devotion, “Fall in Love with Christ” will be given by our own Melissa Brockman. Our Men’s Fellowship meets for breakfast on the second Saturday of the month. Their next meeting is Saturday, March 14, at
8 a.m. At that time, they’ll have breakfast (donations appreciated), followed by a devotion. After that, some projects around NBCC will be worked on.
Widows & Widowers
The Group meets for dinner on the last Thursday night of each month. The group is going to Cheddar’s on Thursday, February 26. The bus leaves NBCC at

NBCC wants all individuals to be able to “hear” the Word of God. Using ASL (American Sign language) we have interpretation for those Deaf, Hard of Hearing, and Hearing during our 10:30 Inside Service and our special Easter and Christmas programs. Also, our Signing Class meets on Wednesday nights at
7 p.m. in Room 102. They performs specials during our Sunday morning services and meet socially throughout the year. Please email us if you would like more information about our Deaf Ministry.
Monday & Thursdays, at 5:15 p.m. in Room 105 in the Education Building (by Courtyard). This is a Low-impact “walking” workout for all ladies of all ages.
